Smith's Maple Products and Sugar Tree Farms is a Maine-based maple products manufacturing and distribution business. This is the first business in Maine that commercially manufactures "pure" maple candy and sugar. They have produced pure maple syrup for 39 years, and pure maple candy for 30 years. "Our candy is made with pure maple syrup which gives a real maple flavor unlike the type of candy made with artificial flavoring and white		sugar. Most of the Vermont candies are a blend of sugar and cream. The sole ingredient in our product is pure Maine maple syrup. There are no preservatives, additives, colorings, or flavorings. The candy and sugar are made in small batches in our kitchen. The house contains the drying racks for the candy, the molds, and the packaging department, as well as their "Food establishment License," proudly displayed on the kitchen wall. The Yankee tradition of hard work and craftsmanship is alive and well in MAINE. Making pure maple products is more than just a gimmick, it's a matter of pride.
